Is Real Oasis a Nursery, that hires plants part time?
No! We are not a nursery. We are solely a plant and tree hire company, we neither want to be or have time to be a nursery.
Do Real Oasis sell plants and trees?
No! As above, we are a hire company.
Site Visits
If you want to inspect or compare what you might like to use? Great, please call or email to arrange an appointment. We will email you directions to the appropriate storage site, please note the office address is for administration purposes only. N.B. these are working sites please ensure you have sturdy footwear!
Delivery
Part Load – A delivery option sometimes available to clients with small orders.
Driver Waiting – A system which we introduced to cut down on fuel and transport costs, we deliver and collect as agreed with the driver waiting on site or near by.
Self Collection
We’d like to collect and return ourselves, is this possible? Yes in some cases. Real Oasis will advise on the type of vehicle necessary and what equipment you will need. You will be asked for a deposit, which covers the purchase cost of all items and is refundable on the return of items in the same condition that they were collected in. Any damage will be deducted from the deposit.
Do we offer a dry hire service? Yes we do
Do we offer a wet hire service? Yes we do
Booking
How far in advance do I need to book?
It is impossible to say. Some bookings for example a wedding might be made 2 to 3 years in advance.
Can Real Oasis accommodate late bookings?
Sometimes, yes. In the past we have managed to help clients out with less than 24 hours notice. But the more successful we become the more difficult it becomes to take on last minute bookings.

Are Real Oasis’s plants and trees real or artificial?
Real which is why we chose the name Real Oasis, however, we do have some artificial products for dressing and for themed events e.g. artificial Ivy, artificial grass and related products and a small range of artificial trees.
