Hiring Rainforest Style Bamboo Plants

Imported from Japan, Arrow Bamboo (Pseudosasa japonica) is ideal for hiring when your events requires a Rainforest type of bamboo or rare specimen bamboo plants. Arrow Bamboo is a very hardy bamboo with a unique look. As a species of bamboo, it has very straight culms (stems or canes) supporting masses of large, slightly glossy leaves. On our established plants, the new culms are upright and green and the more mature culms have faded to a tan colour. On the largest plants, the weight of the leaves causes the culms to arch. The Arrow bamboo is available in three sizes, small, medium & large.

Hiring Rainforest Style Bamboo Plants

Arrow Bamboo makes a stunning contrast to our other bamboos (which are of the Phyllostachys and Fargesias genus) due to the size of the leaves and can be used on its own as a specimen plant or grouped for screens or used in conjunction with other plants to create specific themes.

Settings: Use as a statement bamboo, a screen or as an integral part of a theme

Themes: Jungle or rainforest theme

Arrow bamboo Height: Choose from up to 2M, 2 - 3M + (including planters)

Arrow bamboo Width: 0.30 - 1.50M, please note these plants come in a huge variety of different widths

Self collecting option: 1 person per plant, these are very light weight plants

Arrow Bamboo Hire Period: Indoors & Outdoors - All year round

Arrow Bamboo & Planter Hire Charge Per Unit: £25 per plant (medium bamboo plants) £35 per plant (large bamboo plants)

Arrow Bamboo Aftercare: Short term hire: None. Long term hire: A very hardy bamboo and require very little aftercare but needs daily watering during hot periods. you will be provided with aftercare documentation, on delivery of this plant. Aftercare rating = easy.
