OK we are not going to get into the well let’s define a weed debate – if you don’t like it nuke it! If it’s a “plant” why not give it to someone or try to exchange it?
There are 50 + weeds which can grow in UK gardens. They range from highly invasive to just a pain, either way if they are not treated they will eventually take over.

Weeding Tip: If you are going to spray then make sure you understand the difference between Non-selective, Systemic (translocated), Residual, Selective. Do not spray if you are pregnant!
