Lease buy back scheme is a very cost effective way of hiring plants & planters. Lease buy back scheme is aimed at clients who want to hire plants and planters on a long-term basis or need plants for multiple events throughout a year, for example exhibition or touring companies.
How does the scheme work?
In exactly the same way that traditional plant hiring works. All hires have a start and end date, however, instead of having to rehire for each new hire the client keeps the plants until the last event that the plants are needed for and then either returns the plants or asks for collection.
Cost Effective
A lease buy back scheme is a very cost effective way of hiring plants & planters. There is only one set of delivery collection charges, instead of multiple charges.
Ending the lease
There are two options:
At the end of the lease Real Oasis will buy back at a pre-agreed price all plants and planters. This is subject to the plants and planters being returned in “good condition”, we will also offer to buy back damaged plants and planters, however, this will be at a lower price than the agreed price.
OR
Ownership of the plants & planters is then transferred to the client.
FAQ
Maintaining Plants - We don’t know anything about plants; we are worried about maintaining them!!! Don't worry you will be provided with aftercare documents on delivery of the plants.
Support – you can call Real Oasis at any time if you are worried about and horticultural issue, feeding, watering…
Hardiness – Any plants supplied for our lease buy back scheme, will be fully hardy and require the minimum of maintenance.
How often do I pay?
This depends upon the duration of the lease. For example, on a 12-month lease you would pay monthly over a set time by direct debit.
Tax Advantages
You will be able to offset all the lease rentals that you pay in any year against your taxable profits for that year. Therefore, you get full tax relief on any leased equipment thereby reducing your tax bill.
