A Guide to Conference and Exhibition Plants & Trees
For exhibition stands space is at a premium so we have divided all the plants and trees into various categories in order to make the matching the right plants and trees to the available space and theme easier. Using plants on exhibition stands doesn't just have to be about naturalising stands but can also help to form the basis on which to construct themes. We have also separated the plants by two specific leaf types Deciduous & Evergreen.
We realise that selecting the right plants for exhibitions is not something that everyone finds easy, so if you are stuck please feel free to call and chat through your requirements.
Width and Height
Please note these are approximate and not exact and vary from plant to plant!
Key to leaf type
- Deciduous – indicates that a plant or tree is only hirable at specific times of year
- Evergreen - plants or trees are hirable all year round

Plant Maintenance
Only applicable for longer-term exhibition hires, i.e. 3 days or more. Maintenance is divided into three categories easy, medium & difficult. Depending on your requirements we will assist you in selecting plants that you feel comfortable maintaining.
